From 7 - 9th of August the summercourse Decentralisation and Local Governance took place in the old city centre of The Hague. It was an interesting and inspiring meeting of people from different types of organisations working in different parts of the world: Tanzania, The Netherlands, Rwanda, Armenia, Yemen and Uganda.
