Participants comments summercourse

From 7 - 9th of July the summercourse Decentralisation and Local Governance took place in the old city centre of The Hague. It was an interesting and inspiring meeting of people from various parts of the world and different types of organisations such as the Ministry of Health from Uganda, USAID, DFID, Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Netherlands development organisation ICCO.
